Tonight, I made Mexican Lasagna for dinner. I got the recipe from Rachael Ray. I don't really like Rachael Ray- too hyper for me. However, it was delicious and I plan on making it again soon! It called for ground chicken, which I have never used before. But I enjoyed it a lot! Cameron and Marci gave the seal of approval, which means it's legit.

And while I'm on the subject of Rachael Ray... can someone please explain the concept of a trash bowl for me? Yes, I understand that it is handy. In fact, in the spirit of Rachael Ray (I was using her recipe, after all) I used a bowl to put my trash in. But I did not PURCHASE the bowl. I think it is incredibly silly to spend $19.95 plus on THIS:
An ugly bowl. An ugly GARBAGE bowl.
But I digress.
